Rescue Needs...They call him Bruce There is Skye too!

There is a sweet male 1.5 yr old red min pin mix at the tacoma hs. He was in a run with 2 aussie puppies and was doing fine. She looked at us with hopeful brown eyes amoungst his scabs and missing hair. He has been there for at least 3 weeks and been passed by so often he barely lifts his head anymore to hope.

He has a skin condition -probably mange for which any stress probably makes it worse. Bruce needs a foster home which can treat him for the skin condition kept away from other dogs at this time.

Breed: Border collie/spaniel mix
Age: 5.5yrs












Weight: ~35lbs












Medical history: Epilepsy, medicated as puppy, but not as an addult
dog. Has seasures every 6 months or so. They are not too bad, just
scares her, she wants to be held. Will get very needy when she knows
ones is coming on.
Behavior with cats: sometimes chases, but does well with cats
Behavior with other dogs: submissive in packs, best as a one dog family
Behavior with children: unpredictable
Reason for new home: new baby in the family
Other: LOVES to run!! She is an indoor pup that just wants to be touched all the time. She loves to cuddle, sleeps in bed with us. Has lots of stanima, great snow dog, loves to hike. She is leash trained but never did obedience school. she will get car sick if she uses a puppy seatbelt/harnness.
